As of now, Fielded only works in the United States because of SIM (subscriber identity module) issues in other countries. Fielded is working on expanding so that we can be used in other countries, so stay tuned!
Based on the plan you purchased, Fielded offers different support. Contact our support team first, and we will either instruct you on how to fix the sensor, fix the sensor for you, or replace the sensor.
